Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled

5. Refund Processing Time:
All refund requests will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval.
Credit to Bank Account:
Once processed, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account within 5-7 working days, depending on the processing times of your bank.
